Can I personalize my order?

Yes! Most of our products can be customized with names, dates, quotes, logos, or handwritten notes. You’ll be able to enter your personalization details at checkout or during the ordering process.

Can I see a proof before my order is made?

Absolutely. We send digital proofs for all custom orders so you can review and approve the design before we begin production.

How do I place a custom or bulk order?

You can start a custom or corporate order by filling out our contact form or emailing us directly at info@timberandtokens.com. We’ll walk you through every step.

Is there a minimum quantity for corporate gifting?

No strict minimums. We work with businesses on both small and large-scale orders. Just let us know what you need, and we’ll make it work.

Can I use my own logo or artwork?

Yes! We can engrave your logo or artwork as long as you provide a high-resolution file (preferably in vector format such as .AI, .EPS, or .SVG).
