Refund policy

At Timber & Tokens, each piece is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Because of the personalized nature of our products, all custom orders are final sale and not eligible for return or refund once production has begun.

Prior to placing a custom order, customers are provided with a digital proof for review and approval. By approving the proof, the customer acknowledges that all design details, spelling, logos, and artwork are correct. Once approval is given and production has started, no changes, cancellations, or returns will be accepted.

This No Return Policy applies to all custom orders and products. We encourage customers to carefully review their proofs before providing final approval to ensure complete satisfaction with the finished design.

If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping or does not match the approved proof, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can work with you on a resolution.
