We take pride in the quality and care behind each Timber & Tokens product. Please review the details below regarding returns, exchanges, and shipping.
1. Custom Orders
- Due to the personalized nature of our products:
- All custom and made-to-order items are final sale.
- Please double-check all text, dates, and design requests when placing your order.
2. Non-Custom Orders
We accept returns or cancellations on non-custom items if:
- You contact us within 48 hours of purchase
- The item has not yet shipped
Shipping costs for returns may be the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or with an error:
- Please contact us within 5 business days of delivery
- Include clear photos of the damage or issue
- We’ll work quickly to resolve the situation with a replacement or refund.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- We currently ONLY ship within the U.S.
- Shipping times are estimated and may vary depending on the product and location.
- Once shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
5. Lost Packages
If a package is lost due to an incorrect shipping address entered by the customer, we cannot issue a refund. Please ensure your address is accurate before finalizing your order.
