a. Handmade Nature
All products are handmade and may vary slightly from images shown. Natural variations in wood grain, color, and engraving are part of what makes each piece unique.

b. Custom Orders
Custom and personalized items are made to order. Once submitted, custom order details (text, design, dates, etc.) cannot be changed. We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

c. Production Time
Production timelines vary depending on order size and customization. We will provide estimated timelines during the ordering process, but delivery dates are not guaranteed.

d. Cancellations and Refunds
- Custom orders are non-refundable once production has started.
- For non-custom items, you may request a cancellation or refund within 48 hours of purchase.
- If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days with photos, and we will work with you on a resolution.

4. Shipping
- We ship across the U.S. (and internationally upon request). Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers are outside our control.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. We are not liable for lost items due to incorrect information.

5. Intellectual Property
- All content on this website—including logos, product images, descriptions, and designs—is the property of Timber & Tokens and may not be used or reproduced without our written permission.
